This project is designed for family housing outside the city, in the settlement of Jastreb, in Danilovgrad.
The building is designed as a single-story structure of three separate units with simple cubic forms that are interconnected by a flat roof slab. With its simple design, planned greenery, and the use of local materials, the building blends into the existing environment. The main part of the building is designed as a single residential unit consisting of living and sleeping areas with auxiliary rooms. The living area is oriented towards the south and is designed to have access to the terrace along its entire length, with views of the courtyard. It is a unique space composed of three functional units: the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The sleeping area is divided into two separate zones. The first comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the second is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom. Auxiliary rooms are also provided: a laundry room and a guest toilet. The selection of materials for construction is adapted to the existing characteristics of the micro-location, as well as the historical origins of the wider
settlement area in this region.
